Our Story (About Us)  I first witness Michael Jordan from a small store in 1988 while walking by a local television store repeating the Dunk Contest over and over. I never witnessed someone soar so high in the air with such feasibility. I can’t say that the Air Jordan III was something that I admired as much as the player, but watching his greatness was something I enjoyed as much as the next guy. It wasn’t until the Air Jordan IV released that I myself knew something special was going to come out of that guy, but I never expected that it would be something my life would be revolved around.  I once made a trip to the United States from Japan just to purchase a pair of sneakers. This was back in 1995. The Air Max 1995 had just released in the Grey and Neon Color and they went flying off the shelves in Japan. My partner sent me to the US confident that the sneakers were still available there to bring back to sell Japan. Although popular in the US at the time, the demand never reached its peak to the consumers and I was able to bring back over 200 pairs back to my partner to resale. Three days later I returned back to the United States and never moved back.  Although SoleOfFame.com is a relatively new sneaker boutique, we have been in the business for over 20 years dealing with the purchasing and reselling of sneakers. Most of business came from buying and selling to smaller boutiques around the world but we decided to make the jump and reach our consumers directly.    ALL of our sneakers are 100% Authentic Products from authorized retailers from around the world. We NEVER obtain any Factory Variants/Early release shoes and we conduct a full inspection of the products we buy before we pass it on to the perspective buyers.    We receive all of the relatively new sneakers and also have a WIDE collection of VINTAGE from over the years that we have held in our warehouse. From Adidas to Nike, Reebok, and New Balance, we have a diverse collection of shoes to match your everyday need.
